  From Boulder:  Take Canyon Ave south/west.  Canyon goes through downtown 
Boulder, then heads up Boulder Canyon to the town of Nederland as
CO-119.  When you see the dam for Barker Reservoir on your left, there
is a road on your right called "Hurricane Hill Rd".  Turn right on
Hurricane Hill Rd.  This will wind up a hillside, then dead end as a 
"T" intersection with "Ridge Road".  Take a right on Ridge Road.  Go 
about a mile.  Ridge Road will make a sharp right turn.  Cottontail 
Lane (a single lane dirt road) is just past this turn on the right.  
Cottontail is the first road to the right, though there are two
driveways before it.  Once on Cottontail, we're the first house on the
right, about 200 yds down the dirt road.

  From Denver:  Drive to Boulder.  Then see above.  :-)
